Scott has a wealth of diverse experience and proven track record in business development, sales, management, and CEO level business consulting in strategy and finance. He's highly effective at applying exceptional leadership, analytical abilities, verbal and written communication skills to problem solving, negotiating, sales, marketing and strategy at all organizational levels. Scott has “Big picture” vision, strong consultative sales, relationship building and motivation skills that enhance his ability to meet the needs of his clients.
Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Field served as a consultant to CEOs of numerous early stage companies, defining and implementing business growth and funding strategies in a broad range of industries including software, ASP, ISP, wireless, telecom, manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, systems integration, publishing, data services, security, and more. At the request of investor groups and corporate Boards, he has held interim senior management and director positions in turnaround, startup and high growth companies. While on contract with the U.S. State Dept. as a business advisor in the Caribbean Basin, Mr. Field developed new export markets and products and advised cottage industries on operations and finance. Early in his career, Mr. Field gained operations and manufacturing management experience with General Motors. He has also worked in sales, sales management and marketing consulting. Mr. Field holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business, Washington University, St. Louis, a BA in economics, and an AAS degree in data processing. Mr. Field has taught Business Management and Marketing classes as an adjunct professor at Lynn University’s College of Business in Boca Raton, Florida.
